Every genuine TESNA product carries a one year warranty from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

To claim the warranty keep your invoice or order number and contact us at support@tesnapro.com or on our support line.

The warranty does not cover: physical damage from misuse, water ingress beyond the product's rating, or repairs by an unauthorised party.
